Class Styles

Our classes are dedicated to helping you tap into your inner strength and alleviate the stresses of your day through purposeful movement. We blend principles from Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness, offering fun  and engaging fusion classes that will leave you wanting more.

 

What sets us apart is our special "Heat Optional" offering, adding a unique twist to your practice. While we're not a traditional Hot Yoga studio, we appreciate that 'some like it hot' and recognize the benefits of infrared heat. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred level of heat in our practice room, making it a personalized experience. Please look for a fire symbol           next to the classes currently offering Heat Optional.

Our Pilates Lift class puts a twist on our traditional Pilates by adding larger movements and heavier weights to strengthen your muscles in a new way! We use 10, 12, and 15-pound dumbbells to bring you a unique challenge, while still incorporating the precise movements you love from Pilates. It’s your chance to build strength through full-body exercises that will have you feeling the burn in a different way! Our experienced instructors will guide you through precise and dynamic exercises, encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone while helping you maintain control of your breath and form.
